We are looking to hire a Junior Operations Manager to become a part of our growing company.
We are a fast-growing well-established company based in central London. We have a strong brand reputation and currently provide a great variety of cleaning and facilities services to our clients.
About the role:
Managed teams of site supervisors and cleaning personnel to achieve successful performance
Ensure teams’ safety measures during cleaning operations
Visit sites on regular occasions to ensure quality performance
Oversee and prepare rotas on a weekly basis
Manage day-to-day operational challenges
Lease with clients to ensure quality performance and maintain the high standards
Recruit new cleaning operatives and provide induction and COSHH training in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
Responsible for supporting, mentoring, coaching and development of cleaning operatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the cleaning industry.
Willing to do a rotating shift (when necessary, night shift and able to work longer hours on occasion.
Field work required.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Able to multi-task and work well in a fast environment
Possess good leadership skills
Driving license
Starting salary Salary: £36,000.00- £42,000.00 per year as per the experience
