Stoke Cleaning Co Ltd company looking to hire Housekeepers / Meet and Greet Ambassadors for hotels in England.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a key part in ensuring rooms are presented to a five-star standard. Duties include:
General housekeeping duties including hoovering, cleaning, looking after fine furnishings, laundry
Bed making (hotel standard)
Working alongside with Supervisor on shift
Previous experience working as a Housekeeper is MANDATORY
High attention to detail
Report issues when they arise to the Supervisor
Previous working in a team and alone
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise
English – spoken and written – desirable but not required
Full- time position
Welcome Ambassadors play a key role during the check- in process and accommodating our guests, helping them to settle into and engage with our properties, locations, and services available to them in order to provide a 5-star guest experience.
To play a key role in accommodating guests to our properties by:
• Welcoming, meeting and greeting guests as they arrive
• Showing the guest around the property
• Resolving queries from the guest, and directing them as appropriate
• Being able to answer general queries
• Assisting the guest with luggage and bags
Based on experience and contract, pay ranges from £10 to £13.50 per hour!
